We only sell to resellers and professionals. New accounts need a $250 minimum initial order. After your first purchase, the minimum drops to $100 for restocks.
Where do these ship from and do you ship internationally?
All pricing and shipping is F.O.B. Dallas, Texas. We ship worldwide, though a few products may have international restrictions. To prevent fraud, your very first order must ship to your verified billing address.
What is the return and warranty policy on custom watches?
Returns and cancellations need company approval and carry a 25% restocking fee. We do not offer cash refunds; returns are replaced or credited to your account. Items must be returned in original packaging within 7 days. Custom watches do not have a formal warranty, but we will replace broken crystals. Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours.
